What counts as an active customer?

Each person counts once per gym per calendar month if they have an active membership, confirmed booking or attendance. Cash and card customers count the same. Clients with neither do not count.

No Studio+ transaction commission. Payment processing and applicable VAT are separate.

Do I need a call to start?

No. Confirm your account and create your gym online. Your setup checklist shows you where to start.

Will I be charged after 30 days?

No card is needed to start. Payment details and consent are requested separately before paid activation.

Can my whole team use Studio+?

Yes. Owners, trainers and members have their own portals, with access based on their role at your gym.

Can a trainer work independently?

Yes. The €19/month independent trainer plan includes a light practice workspace. The same account can also be linked to multiple gyms, with each gym assigning access separately.

Do all clients need the app?

No. Staff can keep name-only client records without an app account. Clients who use Studio+ can book classes, manage credits and switch between gyms they have joined.

Moving from another system?
